Childcare Application

To enrol your child into the programme please open the PDF Enrolment form and fill out all of your details and the details of the child you are going to enrol, and then send to postal address below.

The Childcare fees are based on the caregiver’s rates, which will vary between $4.50 and $5.50 depending on the individual.
